I have plex pass and see the option to play trailers but every time I start one it looks like it's going to load and then stops, jumping back to movie description screen. I have the option turned on under Extras in the server and also made sure find trailers and extras automatically is on in the agent for plex movies. I've shutdown the server, started it back up, updated apple tv/rebooted. What else? ***accidently put this in wrong category, has nothing to do with Samsung Smart Hub. Can't figure out how to delete discussion!
