Plex Suddenly Stopped Transcoding MKV

Hello all, I've never had this issue before, but suddenly ( believe with the latest update) Plex stopped transcoding MKV files. Now it either gives there was an error transcoding or playing this file message. Plenty of room on the root drive for transcoding >60 Gig. But I tried pointing to a fixed temp file on the RAID which has more than 4 TB space open and that didn't help. I tried uninstalling and deleting all the old files and directories, that didn't help either. I deleted again and rolled back to Version 1.1.4.2757, again nothing. That's all I've been able to find to try.

You can see the log below, saying no video stream. But these are files that transcoded fine before and still play fine locally.
