Windows Plex Manager not loading, just getting spinning graphic.

I am running what I believe is the latest PLEX on Windows. 2 days ago after I copied some new content into the library, I could no longer get the main manager page to come up.

All work and bring up the charcoal page that displays PLEX really quick... and then it gives me a graphic of just the spinning symbol.
I've restarted the server several times but have no luck.
Plex still works. I am able to view content off of remote devices.

Any help would be appreciated.
