I seem to have lost access to my lifetime PlexPass.
On 21 October of 2013 (PDT) I paid USD$74.99 for a lifetime PlexPass. I am a daily user of Plex (PMS and a player, both running on Linux) and I like the product.
I am not a frequent visitor to these forums, but I came back recently as I received a marketing email about the Plex DVR product which is in beta. I'd like to investigate replacing my mythTV install with a more integrated DVR.
However, my username and password no longer allow me access. I do not believe I have forgotten the password, and attempting to reset it does not generate a password reset email - it looks like the account has been removed.
I have left three "Plex Pass Billing" related contacts on the webform at "https://www.plex.tv/contact/" over the last three weeks, but to date received 0 replies. I have checked my spam folder.
I have had to create a new account to post this message, so no PlexPass will be associated with this account.
Can someone from Plex, Inc please contact me on this email address, or via this forum to resolve this issue.
