I asked this question earlier and the fix i was given did not work. Though thank you to those that tried to help. I am using PMS version Version 1.2.7.2987 on a win 10 pc. I am able to see the videos on my IOS devices (which has the 4.4 version of the app) however when I try to play the videos the arrow spins for about a minute then stops and the video does not play. I can view the pictures that I have though just not any videos. Also I have tried secured and unsecured connections. I have attached my logs.
