I can see all of my movies (poster artwork) on the plex app but when I try to play them, it says "Please check if the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted. The drive is mounted and all the media files are there. I don't know it's a coincidence but I just installed chromecast and tried to access plex but it didn't work. Please help!
