Changed plex password, now server is unreachable

I changed my plex password, but now my server is unreachable. Ive rebooted, and upgraded from 1.2.4 to 1.2.7. Still unreachable. When I goto web app and click on it, and then settings and then server, no place for me to 'sign in'. No clue what to do...
