Featurettes not appearing

I have a Western Digital portable hard drive running Plex Media Server 1.5.6.3790. I plan on using this for traveling so my kids can watch movies directly from it. It's not powerful enough to transcode so I'm having to transcode things with Handbrake from another Plex Media Server at my house.

The problem I'm running in to is that the featurettes that I'm transcoding are not showing up for a movie. Only the movie itself is showing up. Yes, the files are named correctly because they're named the same way on my NAS Plex Media Server and they show up fine there. The only thing different between the two is that I have transcoded the files to the Western Digital device so the file extensions are different. My file structure for this movie is currently like this:

\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\Sing (2016).m4v
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\"Don't You Worry 'Bout A Thing" music video-featurette.mp4
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\"Faith" lyric video-featurette.mp4
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\"Faith" music video-featurette.mp4
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\Eddie's Life Coach-featurette.mp4
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\Gunter Babysits-featurette.mp4
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\Love At First Sight-featurette.mp4
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\Sing & Dance - "Faith"-featurette.mp4
\Plex\Movies\Sing (2016)\The Sing Network-In The News-featurette.m4v

I also tried making a "Featurette" directory under the Sing (2016) directory and put all of the featurettes in there (without the -featurette in the filenames) but that caused all of the featurettes to be treated as their own separate movies and they all appeared on the top-level dashboard.

The only thing I can think of is that Handbrake added some metadata to the files themselves and that's confusing Plex in some way. I don't see any mention of file metadata in the Plex articles about file naming. I don't have any strange characters in the filenames.

I tried the "Plex Dance" with this movie's files but that didn't help.

My Agents settings for the Movies settings has only two agents enabled in this order: Local Media Assets (Movies) and Plex Movie.

I'm at a loss as to why the featurettes show up on my NAS Plex but not the mobile Plex with the same file structure. Does anyone have any suggestions?
