My server is an i7-6700K, and is hard wired to the network via gigabit ethernet.
Not all movies will lose sync, but a lot of them do, and can get very out of sync as the movie goes on. Currently, all the computers in the house are using the Plex web app over Chrome. The player settings are as follows:
Local Quality: Original
Remote Quality: 4Mbps 720p
Online Quality: Original
HTML5 Player: yes
Direct Play: yes
Direct Stream: yes
Allow Direct Play of AC3 Audio: yes
Prefer AAC Audio: yes
Are there any settings I should be changing to try and get everything back in sync? Am I likely to have better luck with the Windows PHT app?

Extra points for anyone who can suggest why some of my higher bitrate movies might occasionally stutter - the network should be plenty fast enough, and the server definitely has the grunt for it.
