Long wanted feature: Bandwith-Control "only" for "paying" Plex-Pass???

Dear Plexteam,
i really like your Server and use it for a long time. I was waiting for this feature for ages, but now "only" Plex-Pass Memebers can use it?
Is this a bad Christmas-Joke? Anyway - christmas is ruined...
I am very dissapointed to make an essential and important feature only for "paying" Customers... bad decision...
