I have had Plex working for last 12 months no problems has worked brilliantly. I have Windows 10 recently updated to a new build of this. My Plex server is on a dedicated pc which can be accessed from other computers and TV's on same network. But my main PC looks like it sort of connects but not fully. I have tried everything I can thing of, I have attached a pic of what I get when I punch the IP address with the correct port number into the browser. I can connect remotely to it but that limits the quality, besides the 2 PC's are next each other. As you can see from the pic it changes the name of the tab to PLEX and also loads a page with PLEX on it but that is all I now get. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this. I go to another computer on network punch same IP and works fine.
