Brand-new Plex Pass user here, please be gentle!
I can't get the Plex iOS app to see the folder/library on the server that I want Camera Upload to upload my images to.
PMP and server are running on a Mac Mini. A 2TB external USB drive holds all my media. The drive is named "Media," and it had a folder under it also named "Media." I know that's redundant, but there you go.
Under the Media folder are all the other folders for Movies, Photos, TV Shows, etc. All of that is working fine.
After reading a forum posting that suggested manually adding new folders for Camera Upload, I did just that...and also added subfolders under that for the two managed users who will be uploading images from their iPhones. ("M" and "T.")
I then added those folders to the Library.
And still...no joy. The iOS app sees the "Photos" library, but neither "M" nor "T."
The images attached show the relevant iOS app screens, as well as my Media folder structure and Library details. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
(Server version is the latest stable update, 1.25.2966.)
