Help cannot access plex server via browser on local network.

I am having an issue accessing my Plex server via a browser going directly to the server locally on my home network says The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. I can access it via plex.tv although it says "indirect" and my phone app has no issues either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
