Plex Not Availible Outside Network after 1.2.3.2914 update

Hi all,

I have a ReadyNAS 214 and ever since the 1.2.3.2914 update it cannot see PMS outside of my home network regardless of port forwarding settings and such. I've tried checking for NAT and UPnP settings and using a manual port assignment but it hasn't helped.

Nothing in my network has changed except for Plex being updated. Any ideas?
