I can now set the limit for a remote stream quality. I noticed that next to the mbs it says the resolution in brackets. Does this mean plex determines the stream quality from the bitrate or the resolution. I have a lot of video that I have compressed in handbrake that is under 4mbps in bitrate but 1080p.
