How can i get my ps4 plex app working?

Hi
I'm having real problems with my plex app on my ps4, it continues to say it cannot connect to server. It was working perfectly up to a few days ago. Now nothing. I have the server installed on my windows 10 laptop. I have followed all the advice given on the plex help website still not connecting. Has anybody else having similar issues or have and was able to fix them because i've tryed everything.
Help please!
