Hello everyone,
I have a problem with Plex media server on my synology. For example one episode have been downloaded but there is no subtitle in opensubtitle.org . So in my Plex no subtitle that it is normal. But after some hours subtitle come on opensubbbtitlle.org and it is not appears in plex media server. I have try to refresh only episode, only the show and to force refresh all but nothing is added.
First question : How can I correct this problem ?
Second question : There is other Agent than Open subtitle ?
