high CPU usage (not on playing video)

Hello. I'm getting pretty high CPU usage! Not on playing any video.
I'm running 1.2.2.2857 on Windows 10 Pro.

This is happening in the last versions of plex server for a couple of months.

I have never enabled "Video Preview Thumbnails Generation".
