I really like this box. Its fast, and handles my 10TB mixed content.
But It can't handle subtitles at all after last update.
No matter if the subtitles are internal in MKV or External as SRT I can't get the system to render one single file.
This is both a problem when running directly from Shield box plex app or from web client.
I have a PMS on a windows a well that can subtitles on the Shield, so I guess it has to do with the transcoding.
Is there a trick to this that I have missed?
