Plex playback always in original quality.

Hi guys.

I have my Plex Media Server in a seedbox (remote one), but when i want to play my media i have the following problem:

Although I have been setted the player to not use "Direct Play or Stream Direct" and set the highest quality to "3Mbps" the player always does in the original quality and never performs the transcode.

Neither show the following options (2mpbs or 1.5Mbps) in the selection quality during playback.

I have tried everything I read in the forums but nothing works.

I hope you can help me.

P.D: leave as attachments logs both the server and the player.
