Extras folder naming compatible with both Plex and Kodi

As you can tell by the title I use both Plex and Kodi and I'd like to start adding all my Movie Extras so I can view them in both programs. I don't need help with TV Show Extras because both programs use the same folder and naming conventions.

Plex naming:
https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200220677

Kodi naming:
http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:VideoExtras#Arranging_Your_Video_Files
http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:VideoExtras#File_Naming_Convention
http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:VideoExtras#Extras

My dilemma is that Kodi uses a single folder structure for movie extras, but Plex uses multiple folder names based on the type of extra.

The only way I can figure out to make this work is to pick only one of the allowed Plex folder names and place all extras in to it. It appears that as long as the extras are within the proper folder name, the file name isn't used to identify that the file is an extra. So as shown below I could put everything into the Scenes folder and simply name the extras in a manner that I know what they are. Although, in a perfect world I'd prefer to use a folder called Extras rather than Scenes.

/Movies
/Avatar (2009)
Avatar (2009).mkv
/Scenes
Behind the Scene - Performance Capture.mkv
Deleted Scene - Bar Fight.mp4
Deleted Scene - Lost Sister.mkv
Interview - Sigourney Weaver.mp4
Interview - Stephen Lang.mp4
Scene - Arrival.mp4
Teaser Trailer.mp4
Theatrical Trailer #1.mp4
Theatrical Trailer #2.mp4

1) Does anyone have a better idea?

2) Is there actually a way I could use a folder name of "Extras" rather than "Scenes"?

3) Kodi can use custom nfo files for Extras as shown in the link below. Will Plex also recognize the nfo? If not, will the extras nfo cause a conflict with Plex?
