Plex on Raspberry Pi 3 stopped running after installing Plex on another osmc pj

I have been using PMS fine on my Pi 3 for several weeks. At the weekend I setup osmc on another pi and tonight tried to install Plex connection beta 4 on osmc and connect it to the pi.

After being prompted for the code to signin to Plex on the osmc pi, I saw my videos and tv shows for a brief period of time and then it didn't show me anything else.

I then went to the Plex internal webservrr on port 32400 and nothing came up - the service has appeared to stopped working.

On performing a sudo service plexmediaserver status it shows its exiting - see below:-

Restarting it does nothing. Nor does rebooting the box

I did notice by doing a df -h that /dev/root was 100% used and wondered if this was why it wasn't started so found a daemon.1.log file that was about 1gb and deleted to create space. But this still didn't work.

Any ideas at all?
