Media-Flags Content Rating - Italy

Hello,

simple question: would it be possible to add content rating for Italy?
Can I do it myself by adding an "it" folder containing the flags in the "..\Resources\Plug-ins-24ffd60\Media-Flags.bundle\Contents\Resources\Content Rating" folder? Would that work?
