I've been using Plex Home Theater on my Mac for quite some time. Figured I'd update to the latest, which appears to be called Plex Media Player now. However, I can't seem to get into the app without either signing in or creating an account. I never had to do this with Plex Home Theater. Is there any way to bypass this? I don't want to use external authentication to access my local media. This is a sticking point for me. Can someone let me know if there's a way to bypass authentication. Thanks.
