Hi
I have the Sony KDL-55HX853 and have been unable to get Plex to open.
I perform the following steps
1. Start TV, press home and go to the Applictions Menu
2. Select Opera Store
3. Search for Plex, select add to Apps and select Open
4. Plex looks like it's about to start as i get the full screen Plex logo, I just then get the 3 Plex dots and nothing happens
Can you please advise?
