PMS 1.1.4.2757 not showing external .srt subtitles

Last week I first had troubles with media info not loading for newly added episodes of series. That problem was solved beginning of this week.

Later I found out that some of my series where not showing my subtitles that they used to do. Today after a refresh all, all of my subtitles are gone.

I have it setup like this:

Series\Sons of Anarchy\Season 1\Sons.of.Anarchy.S01E01.Pilot.mkv
Series\Sons of Anarchy\Season 1\Sons.of.Anarchy.S01E01.Pilot.nl.srt

Subtitles of my movies are working fine btw.

Running QNAP TS-215+ 4.2.2
PMS 1.1.4.2757
