Once an optimization process has completed over x number of selections, optimizing another selection causes the previous optimized versions to disappear.
The Captain America & Jungle Book movie was optimized a couple days ago and showed the markers for it. Then I optimized Angry Birds today and the existing optimized versions was flagged as deleted though the files still existed.
I expect existing optimized versions would continue to persist when optimizing additional versions.
