Files not playing on iOS 10

I installed iOS 10 on my iPhone 6S and iPad Air 2. When Running iOS 9.x.x there were no issues. Once I installed iOS 10, movie files (mp4, mkv) would not play. I wouldn't get an error message, it would start to load the movie and then just close out. Plex doesn't crash, it just doesn't load the movie. The same on the phone and tablet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
