Other devices not showing up since iOS 10

Hi

Since installing iOS 10 none of my other PLEX devices are showing up to connect to ie Roku 3, 2 Roku 4s and a Amazon Fire TV

I know its an issue with iOS 10 because all of the devices show up on my PLEX Web (Internet Explorer) and I have no issues flinging videos from there, pausing, skipping etc.

Is this a known issue?
