Unable to connect to files on NAS

PMS 1.0.0.2261 runs perfectly on my windows PC with the TV Shows etc being stored on a NAS. All updates to this version of PMS result in the "files not being found". I can connect to the front end and the PMS web configuration, can see all the shows but upon pressing play on any episode I get the message "Files are not found".

After each attempt with the updated PMS I have to revert back to 1.0.0.2261 which continues to work. What changed after my current version of PMS that affects access to a NAS?

Anyone have a solution to this issue?
