I'm having major issues when trying to view a file remotely. My first thought is my internet connection, but that's stable around 9Mbps up, and 300 down. I'm not seeing anything in the logs that stand out to me, but then again, I'm not well versed with Plex logs.
I've tried my devices around my house without Wifi, a computer while at work, and a family member's Roku. All of these devices were fine up until recently. The only major change besides version upgrades, is that I moved and have a new cable provider, Comcast. I'm inclined to believe the issue lies with my connection, but 9Mbps up, should be fast enough for one video at 3Mbps 720p, right?
In this log, I deleted the old log files, restarted Plex, Streamed a video on a local network on my Android Phone, then switched off WiFi, and tried to stream the same file. I only tried to view 15 seconds, and had stuttering/buffering a 1 sec, 7 sec and 15 sec only while remote. Ports are open, and I can make a direct connection to the host server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
