I have a movie in 4K Ultra HD format. The file is 22GB at original quality 4K AAC 2.0. This file will not play on any of my devices unless the TRANSCODING option enabled. However, even with transcoding enabled the play stutters consistently every few seconds. I have a powerful 8 core xeon dedicated server with plenty of space on it (12TB). I have tried to play it in the web player and tried using an option of minimizing the play from 25 Mbps to 12 and 8 at 1080 to 720 
etc with no success. I tried minimizing the quality on my Samsung TV as well with no success either.
The interesting thing is I have other 4k movies for which the transcoding has worked successfully without changing any other options but not in this particular case. I am still getting the following error, which sounds a bit misleading. Again other 4k movies worked fine.
Are there any paid/free tools on the market where I can optimize current 4k 22gb file to convert it to more user friendly playable format by making it less in size? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
PS. what happens if I click OPTIMIZE option next to the movie?
