I have plex on QNAP TS-853A. Version 1.0.0.2261
When I am watching content from my Win10 PC, using Chrome browser, I often get the message "server not powerful enough".
If I keep the Resource Monitor open on the NAS, the CPU is hardly stressed at all, under 20% on all cores. It never even spikes.
In the Plex server I can see that the Web Player is receiving direct video, however the audio is being transcoded to AAC.
If it is only transcoding the audio, and the NAS CPU isn't doing much work, why does it keep stuttering?
Where can I change a setting to tell the server to use MORE CPU to get the job done without stuttering?
