My server constantly drops. Is that a Plex issue? I have the latest update. I was watching a movie last night and it kept skipping and dropping, and then just completely dropped and never completed the movie. I was already in bed, so I didn't get up to monkey around with it, but I just came in on my PC to see what what was going on, and the server is still down. Honestly, my Plex is down more than it is up. Please help.
I posted the above post in the Plex Pass forums discussion group a few days ago, and got no help there so I am asking here. This has been going on for several days, and I have no server access. I am beginning to question why I bother paying for Plex Pass when I am down more than I am up.
I have checked and Plex servers seem to be online. I don't know what to do here, but I am tired of trying to watch a movie, and getting the same "server unavailable - plex will try to reconnect to this server" message.
Has this happened to others before? I am running Plex version 2.8.1 on Firefox version 48.0.2.
