Xbox One Not Playing Transcoded Videos

I am having issue when trying to play videos that need transcoding on the Xbox One. Whenever I try to play something that requires transcoding, the screen stays black and nothing plays. Plex web app doesn't report anything playing. All of the files I have tested on contain DTS audio that needs to be TC'd to AAC. I have attached a log snippet that from when I attempt to play a file that needs TC. I am running PMS 1.2.0.2716 on Windows 10 and Xbox One S 2TB.
