So, I'm a Plex Pass member and have been enjoying all of its features, including the movie trailers for a few months now. However, recently there was a thunderstorm at my house that cut the power and restarted all my equipment (nVidia SHIELD TV) and the PMS during playback of a movie. After that happened, I have been unable to play movie trailers for any movies in my library. It loads up the page and I can even see the stream starting in the background but then an error message pops up showing: "Streaming session doesn't exist or timed out". Does anyone know how to fix or resolve this? The actual movie file plays fine, its just the trailers and extras that seem to be having issues. I'm thinking it might be some sort of data or cookie issue, but I'm afraid of wiping out that stuff on the PMS. Any help here is greatly appreciated
This issue is occurring on my nVidia Shield Android TV - running PMS version 0.9.17.1.256-9741870 and Plex Android App version 4.30.1.170
