I have been running Plex on Windows Server 2012 for about 2 months. The first month it was flawless and generally painfree to work with. Now, it crashes every couple of hours and I have to reboot the whole server to get it back up. Plex crashes but the icon is still in the system tray until you hover over it and then it disappears. If you try to reopen PMS without rebooting the whole server it will briefly appear in the sys tray and then disappear again. I have tried all the troubleshooting I know (which isn't much) and don't know where to go next.
