Streaming Session Doesn't Exist or Timed Out

In my never ending attempts to get a setup that Plex works properly with, I currently have a WD DL200 NAS Drive, using it's Plex Server, and streaming to an Nvidia Shield. Everything is over 1gig ethernet, and with the DL200's dual ethernet connections get read speeds of a stead 80 MB/s.

Problem is when I go to play any media of any kind it says "Streaming Session Doesn't Exist or Timed Out". I've used Plex on the Shield with a server stored on my iMac, and using it's internal server, and that all worked with no problem except video would pause to buffer. It was suggested my old NAS drives weren't streaming fast enough so I bought the DL200. Now I can't play anything.

Does anyone know what this error means, in relation to a WD NAS Server, and how to resolve it? I tried searching on the forums but couldn't find anything.
