Hi all,
ever since updating PMS a few months ago, I am receiving the following error only on my X360 and only on some TV series:
"There was an error communicating with you Plex Media Server. Make sure it's turned on and accessible and try again."
I've also updated a few times since, which has done nada to resolve the issue.
I've read that this could be to do with the X360 app and I've manually uninstalled both the app and PMS and cleared caches and started from scratch, to no avail.
Some TV series work, some don't. All Movies work.
It's odd because they worked prior to the update (or at least I believe it is the update a few months ago that caused the issue).
Also - immediately after the update all theme music stopped. I thought nothing of it at the time but clearly there is something funky going on.
I've attached the logs, right after an attempt to view a TV show that I know triggers the error.
Other info:
- PMS v 0.9.16.6
- DSM v6.0-7321 Update 6
- NAS model DS215+
I'd be MASSIVELY GRATEFUL to whoever can fix this, it is driving us batty!!
