I have 2 Roku 3's both with the Plex app and both were working great until I was getting tech support from my internet provider and he remotely changed my SSID and password because he said it would help speed up the internet signal.After that neither Roku could find the Plex server.
I've gone through the troubleshooting but my tech knowledge is limited so it's been a little frustrating (not sure how to "Make sure both the Server and app are on the same subnet of the network"). The Roku Plex app seems to be linked to my Plex account because my username shows up when I select 'No Server' at the top of the screen though it has an exclamation point behind it.
Plex Media Server is on Windows 10 OS.
Can anybody help? Much appreciated.
