I've been remoting into another person's Plex for years. It's always worked great. All of a sudden, we've been having a lot of buffering issues. However, it's ONLY with Plex and it's happening on all my devices (laptop, Roku, SmartTV). I have no issues streaming Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, etc.
Any thoughts? Can AT&T target a certain streaming service and throttle me down? I've adjusted the quality of the picture. It sort of works, but the quality is obviously brutal. Any help would be appreciated.
