Cover art in folder view

Hello, I'm trying to organize a folder of Live Concerts and found out that the best option to do so is setting it to the "by folder" view, because otherwise the different days of the same concert would appear messed up with the extras and stuff.
I have the following setting
/Live Concerts/Artist1-LiveDate1/Day1
/Live Concerts/Artist1-LiveDate1/Day2
/Live Concerts/Artist1-LiveDate2/Day1
/Live Concerts/Artist1-LiveDate2/Day2

And thus it shows nicely on folder view, but when I try to browse in any Plex app, it gets to be a pain because of the long names, so I'd need a way to identify the folders. It shows like this http://puu.sh/qXVfV/f61c2c5856.png
Is there a way to add cover art or any kind of poster to it?
