Hey folks
Newbie here. I am chomping at the bit to try Plex. I had one other question in the forum that alleviated one doubt and now i have one final reservation. I've noticed that some ppl have had trouble in the past getting their Sony Blu-ray players to recognize PMS and some have described problems playing files even if the Sony Blu-ray does recognize the PMS. Is this this still an issue? Are there still handshake problems with Plex and sony products? I know Serviio is an option for me but i want Plex! Im surrently just using windows 7 as a server and my devices recognize my home media no prob. Any thoughts or help is appreciated. Any more info needed to answer this query will be supplied. Thanks for your time in advance!

Seagate 4 TB external hard drive (for my media storage)
internet speed approx 100 mbps (wireless router)

Blu-Ray player
