Plex in my rv

So, I have this crazy idea that I'm trying to figure out how to do.
I have a trailer that we go camping in often, and to fall asleep I need to watch something to tire myself out enough. I have plex running beautifully at home. But when I'm gone, I don't want to rip it out and bring it with me. I really want to have a "mirrored" copy of Plex in my trailer. Same computer setup, but when I get home it can just sync up either way. I have wifi where I park my trailer when I get home, so syncing wouldn't be an issue as it stays there for ever, so yeah I understand it would be slow.
I'm just wondering if anyone thought of how to do this? I just think it would be awesome.
Basically I would need to replicate the "storage", which is easy enough to do. I can use Allway Sync. My home would always be the master, I highly doubt I'd be using my wifi hotspot to download a TV series or movie. The hard part would be that I'd like to update the database on what I've watched. So if I watch S03E02 at the house, I can fire up the RV plex before I leave and it knows to start me on episode 03 when I get camping. Then when I get back home, it would start where I left off running off my house Plex.
Anyways, crazy idea but I'm sure there is a way...there is ALWAYS a way :)
