Brief description of the issue or bug: Sync will go to 70, 80, 90%+ and then fall back to 50%.
Steps to reproduce (these will make it easier for development to track down)
Sometimes this seems to occur right after a network issue (switching from one zone to another). Other times it seems like nothing has gone wrong and the sync just restarts.
Where do the downloaded bits go? If the sync got to 92% shouldn't it start right back there (or really close)? This is really frustrating as a traveler who has to sit through really long downloads just to see them fail and restart.
