My Amazon Fire stick is receiving an error stating the PLEX Media Server and device are on different subnets. PMS is installed on a WD ex4100 NAS, which I recently upgraded to version 1032461. I think the Fire stick was working after upgrading the PMS version, but I'm not positive.
I've rebooted the NAS, uninstalled / reinstalled the PLEX app on the Fire stick, reconfigured the port pass through on the firewall (U-Verse), turned off / on PMS and signed into the app using multiple procedures. I only have 1 network in my house, no VPNs and no wireless extenders. I'm not wanting to uninstall / reinstall PMS if I can keep from it. Any help would be appreciated.
