PMS stops responding on TS-809U-RP

So I've been happily running Plex Media Server on my little Synology DS-412+ and QNAP TS-439... now I have a nice TS-809U-RP, updated to the latest firmware (4.2.1), and running the latest PMS (1.0.0.2261).

So after a while, Plex on the 809 becomes unavailable. Can't connect to it from any devices, can't connect to it directly on the 809 at port 32400. App Center shows that it's running, and if I stop and re-start the PMS app, it's fully accessible again (and stupidly fast compared to the smaller boxes).

I've stopped the Plex app on the two older units just to make sure there were no weird network conflicts or anything, but it still happens.

Thoughts, anyone?
