My plex media server will not find episodes for Childhood's End -- even though the folder is there and several shows are present in the folder. I thought it might be a file format problem, so I converted the episodes from .mkv to other formats: avi, mp4, wmv. Same results -- do a rescan and nothing is found, the "poster" does not appear in the list of shows. When I change the TV Shows pulldown from ALL to Folders, the folder is listed. Thinking the files might be bad, I copies other TV shows that do work, renaming the files -- and still, that series does not show up! I've renamed the folder several different ways -- to remove the apostrophe -- and nothing works. I read something in the forum about logs, but don't know where to look to see if there are exceptions there.
