Most files won't play, because of a "slow connection"

Hi, I just got a 4k smart tv and happily subscribed to plex in advance to create my library in advance. So far so good, but now that I got plex installed on the TV, I barely get any videos to run. Some videos run and some don't. For example, American Sniper doesn't want to start, but Monsters Inc will. I found all the movies that don't run and checked them if they are different somehow..I thought maybe their bitrate is too high or something, but since I got season 1 of The Walking Dead as an exact blu-ray copy with 29mbps, I didn't believe that anything is wrong with a compressed version of American Sniper - which has like 9mbps. So I looked at the sound but both are 5.1 DTS.

There's just nothing that explains why the connection shouldn't be fast enough, whereas I think it's irrelevant when I stream in my own network. But 200down/10up should be good. I doesnt work on the lowest settings either.

My settings;

Network > secure connection: on (doesnt work when its off somehow, cant connect to the server then)
Transcoder > Auto

If anything else matters, please let me know.

What's wrong here?

edit: it's a Philips 55PUS6401/12
