Index file "Failure BIF" and how to correct?

I recently noticed a TV episode didn't have index images created for it (which it should have). I pulled up the info XML and noticed a "Failure BIF" with the code "416836c-1053" instead of the expected "Indexes sd" line. What does this code mean, and is there any way to correct it for this media? Thanks. Here is the full XML:
